How to Recycle

Cardboard, glass, metal, paper, and plastic can all be recycled. (Review a more detailed list of acceptable items) You do not need to separate the materials and can place them all in the same blue bin.

Recycling should not be placed in plastic trash bags as they clog the sorting machinery. Recycling placed in plastic bags WILL NOT be picked up.

Put your bin curbside on your recycling pickup day by 6 a.m. Nothing should be in front of or immediately beside the cart.

To report a missed collection or register a complaint about your residential recycling collection, please submit a service request by calling 311 or via the 311 online service center.
