All multi-family apartment units within the City of Hyattsville are required to apply or renew for a Multi-Family Unit License Application. Once an application and a payment of $120.00 have been submitted, an inspection will be scheduled between the multi-family unit and an inspector during off-peak hours.
To slow the spread of COVID-19, the City is not accepting in-person or mailed applications until further notice. Applications may be completed online and emailed to email@example.com. All payments can be submitted through the City's payment portal.
