What does it mean to be a City of Hyattsville resident? And why are fees different for Non-City residents?
A City of Hyattsville resident refers to those who live within the incorporated limits of the City of Hyattsville. Residents pay City taxes and therefore pay a reduced fee. Please note that having a Hyattsville mailing address does not necessarily indicate you are a City of Hyattsville resident.
To verify your residency, type your address into our Residency Verification Map.
If a camp session is full, you can sign up for a wait list. The list will be used as space becomes available up to two weeks prior to the start of a camp session. A staff member will contact you if a spot becomes available. You can see your place in line through your RecDesk account.
|Fee Types||City of Hyattsville Resident||Non City of Hyattsville Resident|
|Extended Camp Hours||$50.00||$60.00|
|Non Refundable Deposit***||$50.00||$50.00|
All fees are the cost of one (1) child each session.
**Additional participant applies to household with multiple children attending camp after registering one child.
***The non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit is due at registration and secures your child's place in camp. Remaining balances are due 21 days (3 weeks) before the start of a camp session. Reminders to pay to the remaining balance will be sent to the email address in your RecDesk account.
Accommodations and Inclusion
Please let us know if your child needs any accommodations for their time at camp. You can indicate special needs during the registration process or in your child's RecDesk profile.
