Please do not use Request Tracker for emergencies. Contact the Police at 301/985-5050 for emergencies.

The first time you visit, you will be asked to create an account, including a user name and password. Once you have submitted a Request, you should receive an automatically generated response confirming that your message has been sent.

Requests for service will be responded to within two business days of receipt during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. If your request is time sensitive – i.e. noise complaints – but not an emergency, please call the City’s main number: 301/985-5000 during normal business hours or the Police non-emergency line at 301/985-5060 on evenings, weekends and holidays.
