We thank you for the visiting the City of Hyattsville and are grateful that you are here enjoying the many shops and restaurants in our growing community.  The City has several locations for public parking including both on-street parking and off street parking.

Effective Wednesday, November 28, 2012, the City of Hyattsville parking rate and hours of operation are as follows:

$0.50 per hour

Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Our parking meters and pay stations accept both coin and major credit card.  There is no charge for parking on Sundays and on Federal Holidays.

Please note that parking on Route One is restricted from 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Monday – Friday to ensure vehicular during peak hours and vehicles parked along Route One during these restricted hours will be towed immediately.
