Registered voters may request an application for a vote-by-mail ballot (also called an absentee ballot) from the Board of Supervisors of Elections. Applications are now being accepted. Completed applications must be filed with the Board no later than 10 a.m.. on Friday, September 11, 2015. Upon verification of a voter's eligibility, an absentee ballot will be issued, either by mail or in person. Applications received prior to Friday, September 4, 2015 will be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications received after September 4 must be picked up from the City Building.
The completed ballot must be received by the Board of Supervisors of Elections prior to the closing of polls at 8 p.m. on Election Day (Saturday, September 12, 2015).
