2014 Addendums
#1 Hyattsville Ordinance 2014-01
An Ordinance whereby the City Council clarifies the definition of front yard in the City Fence Ordinance and changes the maximum front yard fence height from 3.5 feet to 4 feet.
#2 Hyattsville Ordinance 2014-02
An Ordinance whereby the City Council updates and revises Articles VI and VIII of the Vehicles and Traffic Chapter of the City Code, specifically dealing with metered parking and enforcement.
#3 Hyattsville Ordinance 2014-03
An Ordinance whereby the City Council clarifies the conditions whereby a temporary and annual business license may be issued, revoked, clarifies how an action of the City regarding a business license may be appealed and makes it a criminal violation to continue to do business without a license after notice from the City.
#4 Hyattsville Ordinance 2014-04
An Ordinance whereby the City Council updates and revises Articles VI and VII for the Vehicles and Traffic Chapter of the City Code, specifically dealing with residential permit parking and parking regulations and servicing vehicles on the street.
#5 Hyattsville Ordinance 2014-05
An Ordinance adopting an annual budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, for the general purpose; fixing the tax rates for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014; authorizing collection of taxes herein levied, and appropriating funds for the fiscal year.
#6 Hyattsville Ordinance 2014-06
An Ordinance whereby the City Council updates its speed monitoring system Ordinance to conform to recent State legislation.
#7 Hyattsville Ordinance 2014-07
An Ordinance whereby the City Council updates and revises Article V of the Vehicles and Traffic provisions of the City Code to reflect new definitions of commercial vehicles and regulates commercial vehicle traffic as well as parking and storage on public and private residential property.
*This Ordinance requires approval by the Prince George's District Council and will not be enforced until 60 days after that approval.
